This young lady is very athletic and desired to have larger breasts. Her size was 34B- and she wanted to have fuller breasts about C cup. She wanted to be larger but not too large. We used Mentor style 1600 300 cc implants. She is very happy with the results, especially the fact that there are no scars on her breasts at all. She looks larger but still natural. Some people may say that we could make her even bigger. It is true, but her desires come first and with her athletic body a larger breast size may "give away" the surgery. The scars under the armpits healed very well and are barely noticeable. Transaxillary (armpit) breast enlargement is an excellent technique for the patients who naturally have small and not droopy breasts. For the patient and her plastic surgeon it is very important to determine the breast implant size based not only on how large the breasts can be but also on desire to preserve the balance between the personality, body type and desired final look.
